1 lb of Ground Beef
1 cup of Fresh Pico
1/2 cup of Avocado Oil Mayo
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
5 Slices of Pre-Cooked Bacon
8 oz of Cheddar Cheese
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder to taste.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown ground beef with onion/garlic powder and place it in the bottom of your pie plate/pan.
- Pour pico over beef and place bacon on top.
- Beat eggs, add mayo, cream, salt and pepper, then whip until combined. Pour into plate/pan.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Add whatever toppings you would like: Avocado, Mustard, Pickles, Sour Cream
