I’ll just jump right in to my introduction and then you can move on to the other pages! Haha. I do want you to see where I came from, but there is so much more valuable stuff in the blog and “the old me” gets talked about alot, so I think you’ll get to know me pretty fast!
This was me in 2014. Still pretty strong, but so far from where I needed to be in many ways. I had just joined CrossFit and I had found my fitness home. I went consistently and ate the best I could, BUT I really needed help nailing down the nutrition. About a year after I started CrossFit, my coach helped me make a nutrition plan and execute it. After 3-4 months, I had lost 30 lbs and my performance was incredible.
2016: I decided to get my CrossFit L1 Training Certificate and started coaching… something I’ve wanted to do for SO LONG! Since then, I’ve been training athletes, studying & researching nutrition, learning from my coach & athletes, and living life! I would love to connect with and help you!
