I’m so excited for you to try the ANYWHERE Sweat Sesh Cards! They were designed to remove all excuses for you to ever miss a workout! Whether you are stuck at home, traveling, or short on time, you can always squeeze in a Sweat Sesh!
The deck includes a Welcome & Safety Card so please give those a read before you start.
Here is how the deck works:
- WARM-UP– The warm-up card takes you through a few movements to get your body ready to go!
- STRUCTURE CARDS– This will be the FIRST card you pick when you are ready to create your workout. The STRUCTURE Card will tell you what you’re doing and will instruct you on which other cards you will need.
- UPPER CARDS– These are the cards that target your UPPER body. You may need dumbbells or it may be a body weight movement. Remember, you can always scale the movement by not using weights OR you can make any movement more challenging by adding weight.
- LOWER CARDS– These cards will target your lower body and will consist of body weight movements as well as weighted movements. Just like with the upper cards, you can scale down by removing the weights or up the challenge by adding weight. This is your workout, so adjust it to your needs!
- MIDDLE CARDS– These cards are gonna get your core, baby! For most of these movements, you’ll want a mat, especially if you are outside!
- ENGINE CARDS– These are the cardio cards. They are simple movements, but very effective!
- YOGA COOL DOWN– This is the best part! Don’t skip the cool down. This is your moment to enjoy what your body just accomplished. Stretch everything and let your heart rate come down.
Whenever you are ready for your first workout, pick out a STRUCTURE card and read it carefully. It will tell you exactly what to do! Have fun and SWEAT!
